Quirks. Superpowers that most anyone holds nowadays. Quirks can range from anything from running a millisecond faster to the strength to change the weather with just one punch from the wind pressure it generates. Quirks are everything. Quirks define who you are. Every child is elated to discover their quirk and find out who they truly are. This happens around the ripe age of four years old. Some are natural-born heroes. Others are perfect for other occupations such as baking or being an artist. With such a high hope for the future that a quirk brings, one would think they would be happy to discover theirs and reveal just how useful they can be.
But...
What happens when your quirk dictates you as nothing more than a doll to be used by others?
Izuku Midoriya found out four-years-old that not all people are created equally.
He found out when he drew the short end of the stick of luck and ended up with a quirk worse than quirklessness.
He's dealt with it long enough.
Now it's time for Izuku to take hold of his own strings and stop letting others control his life. He won't be a doll forever.

In a world full of superpowers called Quirks, not everyone is created equal. Izuku "Deku" Midoriya is well aware of this fact. Having been born without a Quirk he knows all too well the struggle that comes with being different. However, he never gave up wanting to help people, to be a Hero. Eventually, his wish was granted and he was given a Quirk by his all time favourite Hero, All Might. Now he bears the responsibility of being All Might's successor. Of course, he won't be alone. He has his friends and classmates to help him along the way. Nothing can shake his resolve to be a Hero.....well almost nothing. There is something that always manages to test his confidence - Girls. He can handle schoolwork, he can handle Aizawa, hell he can even handle villain attacks. But girls...those are too much for him. Little does he know that he is going to HAVE to deal with them as they decide that being friends isn't going to cut it anymore. Sit back, relax and watch as Deku deals with the not-so-subtle advances they make and his own growing (and extremely confusing) feelings. *INFORMATION* This AU fanfic takes place after the Overhaul Arc and the school festival. Everything goes the same as canon, the only difference being that everybody is aged up to 18. Basically, It's another story about Aizawa finding out about the bullying problems Midoriya has had/ is having. Also includes Present Mic and All Might being worried dads. _ When Midoriya finally made it into UA, He knew it would be different. He wasn't sure how much, but it had to be different! Of course, the work and how the school works would be different, but he hoped the people there would be different, too. Mostly because he had a quirk now. He wasn't useless anymore and he was definitely not quirkless anymore. In all honesty, Midoriya didn't expect all the kindness he was receiving from his peers and teachers. Surely, the teachers knew he was quirkless beforehand, right? If they knew.. then why didn't they hate him? Besides All Might, he expected them to dislike him. (Midoriya only thought All Might cared because he used to be quirkless too.. but it was better than nothing.) However, with his friends, he was happier. He didn't even know how to act around friends, but he tried.. Even if deep down Midoriya knew he couldn't trust anybody-- And he didnt trust anybody-- he still tried. Oh well, why didn't he trust them? Simple. He had the mindset that, 'If they knew he was quirkless, it would be middle school all over again.' He was protecting himself, just in case they found out. If they found out and stopped being friends with him, well it would be okay. He was prepared. He had to be. So, in the end, he didn't tell anybody about his old quirkless ways. Not that he had to tell anybody, right? He had a quirk, so it shouldn't matter anymore, right? Wrong. Who says the bullying and its effects ever go away? How would he ever be able to explain the messages he gets during the day from old classmates? Quirkless doesn't mean useless but because of how quirkless kids are being treated they often end up dead.. Izuku Midoriya is a kid that was born quirkless. Once his parents found out about this, they immediatelly abandoned him and threw him out on the streets. Now rouaming the steets and barely surviving he still finds a way to help people but not any avarage people, no he saved All for One and the other 4 LOV members. Follow Izuku as he struggles to survive while at the same time wanting nothing more than to end his own misary and becomes weaker and weaker with each passing moment. At the same time he will gain a family like no other. What will happen if the heroes find their villain lair. Will Izuku find a way to get back or will they change him for the better. My Quirkless Hero (an mha alternate story)

For years, the quirkless have been banned from joining any form of superhero school, and Izuku has been one of the first few to have been admitted into the hero course without a quirk. With his keen intellect in machinery and being a passionate builder since he was young, Izuku hopes to use these traits of his to become the first quirkless hero, hoping to fully show the world that truly anyone can be a hero.
