Gianna Briar's life is slighty making progress, with her parents divorced, their forced to live with their alcohol and sex addicted father.

With Gianna having enough of his father's doings, both her and her brother, Trek, fly across the country and to L.A with the help of her Aunt Julie. Finally having a decent place to stay, and to pay off half of her Aunt Julie's bills, she has to work.

And where exactly is that? her dream job, working at L.A's famous café

Cue, Zie Coleman, the Son of the famous L.A café's owners, His parents are away from vacation, which means he has to take full responsibility in making the sure the cafe is up and running while also trying to fix his broken reputation.

And what reputation that is?
Being a notorious playboy.

Being the son of expert coffee makers, people have high expectations of him, and he gives them that. But what happens when he's had enough of it?

Both of them have major problems, their both polar opposites, but only one thing can keep them up and going.
