After a pampered infancy nibbling on champagne mangoes and receiving gifts of incomparable opulence, she had been kissed goodbye by her disinterested parents and sent to become a boarder at Santa Maria's. During her time at the academy, she had been a curious, if not hardworking Marian. She was loved and wanted by all students and had been a strong contender for Head Girl. She would've been an alumnus that Santa Maria would have boasted about long after her days at the Academy. But one day, the angel was invited into the clutch of the Inferno and was never found. The legacy of one of the most gifted Marians was immediately burned to the ground. All the evidence that she had even walked through the hallowed halls had been erased. In that moment, Santa Maria's reputation had be breached. It would never be that way again. No matter what lengths the Academy had to go to.
