"He lived in a rainforest filled with enormous vegetation. The people in his village said that it grew beyond the world's end and kept going forever. Timothy didn't believe that. He thought that maybe somewhere way up into the distance, the trees ended and the sky started. He liked to think it was yellow or orange, like the light from the fire. When he proposed this idea to his mother, she said it was sweet but silly. Everyone knew that the sky was only black and the trees grew on and on.
"That's why there's no use trying to get anywhere." She would say "There's nothing else to see, no people, animals, or nothing. It's just- done I guess."
"How can that be all?" He asked every night. And every night she would reply,
	"How can there be more?"
Timothy swallowed heard, and swung up off of the ground. The temperature was dropping, and the blackness grew thicker: it was time to go home. "
