Emma and Ethan's relationship was always a secret to their audiences. When in 2021 they got back together after a break up in 2019 they announced it out to the internet. After being together for about 2 years they got married in 2023. A year later they decided to have their first child. After about 20 weeks of pregnancy they found out they weren't have one but five little babies. Most first time parents have trouble with one but follow Ethan and Emma through their journey of raising their Quintuplet girls.
