Fandom: Arrow (TV 2012) When Oliver Queen returns to Starling City after five years presumed dead, he doesn't make the journey alone. He doesn't expect to save Starling alone, either. Yet another way Oliver and Felicity could have met (ish), this time involving a card game, a few blades, and a whole lot of grease paint.
