Adam lives in London with his twin daugthers. The year is 1918 and the Spanish flu has spread all over the world. He comes home one day and discovers that his daughters are gone. 

A man enters the house and tells that they are dying and has been taken to a morgue. He goes mad with grief that he killed himself. The only thing he remembers from that night was a terrible pain that went through his body. 

Years passed and he's now working as a history teacher at Forks high school. Two girls start in his class and they look just like his daughters. Adam is so happy to see them. Lizzie and Lily are happy to be reunited with their dad. Adam also meet Oliver Swan who's new in town. He falls in love with him. But their love will cost both his job and his life.
