Every child born on a solar eclipse is born with special abilities not familiar to the human race. No one knows why this strange, supernatural occurrence is happening. Therefore, humans are terrified of it. They don't know how to deal with it so they lock the children away in camps; and of course they aren't treated great and to top it off, they go through painful lab studies from scientists who are desperate to understand what's going on. What do they call these kids?

The Mystics.

Lucy Parker Your average eighteen-year-old girl right? Wrong. When Lucy was eleven she shifted into a huge red fox. When she shifted she got this 'voice' in her head called Faith, that said she was her 'inner fox'. When I realised it was... Xavier? Who tackled me, I started to struggle in his hold, but I couldn't get out. "Calm down I'm not going to hurt you." He said softly with a small smile. I snorted, that's what they all say. "No, you're not, but I'm going to hurt you." I replied before bringing up my leg and kicking him where the sun doesn't shine. This caused him to roll off of me and I jumped up. so quick I nearly missed it, Xavier stepped forward and grabbed me so my back was pressed against his chest and his arms were holding my arms by my sides. I struggled, but that's when I realised, I'm too short to ram my head into his chin, my arms were held down and my legs completely useless. I. Was. Although the world appeared to be normal, one day changes occurred. The 'New Generation' was formed. Young children moving toward highschool started developing abilities. These abilities were the same or shared with gods and mythical creatures. For example one had the abilities of Zeus able to produce lightning, and so on. These were called the 'Irregulars', all sent to 'Sacred High', a highschool created specially for them. This however is not a normal school, as there are no adults around to lead anything. It is run by the students, mainly the Student Council, and forms a battle for survival, survival of the fittest. One day, the supervisors on the outside found something different ... An Irregular Among Irregulars, alias IAI. A young boy that was within the New Generation, yet had no abilities whatsoever. After the entry interview, the youth claimed: "I have no religion or beliefs but my own path." Due to this statement, this youth was titled "The Atheist', put on Sacred High between the rampant gods and myth wielders. Striving to aim for higher popularity ranks to ensure their safety, this was literally a battle to survive and become the strongest. The better your reputation, the less likely anyone would bother you. At the top stands the Student Council, possibly the most rotten out of the school, while at the bottom, the new IAI joins. Does this youth have no actual powers at all? Will the Student Council do something odd? What is the purpose of this school? Find out and explore Sacred High!
