Bug is a fifteen year old girl living alone in the background of Los Angeles, but because she is so different, trouble seeks her out in the form of corrupt politicians, traitorous friends, and mysterious strangers.                                                             
 Bug thinks she has to learn to wing it on her own, so when she finds a strange abandoned car in need of help, she tries to shun it away. 
But she has to realize that if she doesn't have a friend to confide in, her past hurt could just end up driving her insane.
