Sarah always noticed the loon that glided in solitude across the large pond in her grandparents yard. Sarah really only started to think about the loon after she started to paint it. She thought that the loons were graceful, strong and loyal birds. This loon was different. By day, the loon was average. It just glided along. At night when all was dark and the stars came out to dance in the sky, the lune would cry. The loon would scream. Long, high pitched screams of loneliness and anger. The lonely lune was just like Sarah. Sarah was strong by day and broken and lonely all night. Could nobody see her? Or maybe nobody was there.

Follow Sarah a witty, strong and artistic young teenager's adventures to try and find someone to share her world with. Watch as she begins to find make peace with herself as a new friend teaches her to savour each moment.

This beautiful story will enlighten all readers with truly inspiring characters and a heart wrenching story.
