Crescentkit has been gifted with a worse destiny than anyone in the Tribe of Burning Sun could dare to imagine; born with an extra face (and personality along with it), the young she-cat is instantly proclaimed to become a myrtle, the tribe's healers, and where all the ugliest cats go if they aren't pretty enough to be sold.

But Crescentkit refuses to let this stop her. Just because she's ugly, doesn't mean she'll be a terrible myrtle, right?

But once a pair of strange kits are born into the Tribe, Crescentkit will have to do all she can to pull through... if her efforts will even be enough in the end, is for the gods to decide.
