The Downfall of Shrek: A Story of Deception and Malus Domestica

Shrek is saddened following the loss of his sibling, Hrek. Believing that he was the cause of his brothers death, he spirals into a cycle of self hatred and anger.
That is, until he stumbles upon a mysterious tree with a pile of apples beneath it. Intrigued by the apples, he takes a closer look, unknowingly entering the gaze of the most dangerous puppet imaginable.
