A curious, free-spirited, rebellious, and courageous merman embarks on what could be a life-changing adventure to find what he truly longs for. 

From under the sea, Lance feels trapped and wants to be free, to explore the world above the blue waves.
He's determined to make his dreams become a reality, to come true, and strikes up a bargain with a sea witch, trading his voice just to meet the man he's admired from under the ocean.
