Briar West has one goal as a freshman in college. To be one of her schools sports journalist. It's been her dream ever since she could muster words. But it's hard to get noticed on the field, let alone by the players themselves. So when her professor assigns her class to interview a player...Briar unfortunately ends up with having to talk to the star himself...the quarterback. Ethan Davis. UCLA'S heartthrob and star athlete. With the NFL waiting for him at his door, he has his whole career ahead of him, not to mention all the girls who would do anything to get a glance from him. So when Briar approaches him he wants nothing to do with her. Thinking she's just another girl trying to get with him because of his status. So with Briars grade on the line she has no choice but to peruse Ethan. But with him trying to stay as far away from Briar as possible...they both end up being around each other without even realizing it, and lines soon begin to blur.
