Its been a millennium since the rebellion and everyone who knew anything about the rebellion and all details about it have been lost. Yet every capitol citizen still want revenge for the districts ancestors actions. As the 40th quarter quell this games is very special, there is a secret twist that has never been heard of before. Yes I know the hunger games ended after the 3rd quarter quell I just had a brilliant idea about this story.
