Kadang-kadang menulis diari itu boleh dijadikan terapi bagi seseorang. Menulis setiap kisah sehariannya.
Hari esok takkan sama dengan harini. Dia catat dibuku gelap itu tanpa mengira berapa perenggan ataupun mahunya cuma diluah melalui puisi sahaja. Catatan gelap itu dia yang punya, jadi terserahnya mahu ditulisnya pendek atau berjela-jela.
Tulislah dia dibuku catatan gelap itu seakan-seakan dia berbual panjang dengan buku itu. Diam, terasa dipahami dan tidak seperti manusia yang memahaminya.
