Compliance with ISO 9001 is not an easy task and, once certification is complete, it may appear that most of the work is complete. But don't sleep too much with your laurels, because the real work with your QMS is just beginning. When starting to manage a QMS, you may find it problematic or frustrating to accept validation if all the work required by the model is correct.
