Eli is part of a world where werewolves and human live in harmony. They protect each other.

Staying in her horse form, Eli travels with a herd of normal horses on the plains, until some humans come along and capture her and some of her herd.
And then comes along Cooper, ranch owner, cowboy, and alpha werewolf. And he just can't seen to leave her alone. Cooper finds his mate in a mysterious girl who he finds wandering his ranch, but then she disappears. But not everything is as it seems as the cowboy searches desperately for his love.
