She'll be able to respawn, however the HP is miniscule, unless she gets a kill streak bonus like a helicopter (limited duration), or the juggernaut suit (limitless duration until killed, or unequipped)
Basically, a one man battalion, but with any firearm available to them at any time, and yes, games such as HALO will be included, armor is also an option, different suits of armor give different boosts, like shields, regeneration, cloaking, ETC
