Like most people in this confused mindset, she could not accept this and had all this fighting, struggling, pushing and pulling going on inside of her. These events lead the main character to have trust issues, and not be able to form a bond with anyone in her school. Its all until there is a boy, and he is perfect for the main character... or so she thinks.
