Fabian is selected to be one of ten human Noble ambassadors visiting Varalia, the country of not quite humans - Varalians, funnily enough.  
Upon his arrival at the castle, he is told of his new mission: to find out as much information on these mysterious Varalian nobles as possible, by any means necessary. 
But, he has to get through the young heiress, Anitha, first. Not to mention the king himself, sitting upon his sturdy throne.
