"Look, I'm not gonna press any charges, just tell me what are you doing in my apartment at this hour of the night," Gerard asked with the calmest voice he could muster. The guy was cute, might even start flirting after figuring out what a cute guy like this was doing in his bed.

"What am I doing in your apartment? What are YOU doing in my apartment?" He said, backing away more, clearly scared of Gerard.

"No, no, no, no," Gerard shook his hands, starting to get annoyed, "THIS is MY apartment. I'm paying for it." He said in a way you'd talk to someone from the moon.

"And so do I!" the guy snapped, "you better get the fuck out or I'm calling the cops."

And perhaps Gerard was just a little frightened about the fact that he had no memory of how they had gotten there...
