"What am I doing in your apartment? What are YOU doing in my apartment?" He said, backing away more, clearly scared of Gerard.

"No, no, no, no," Gerard shook his hands, starting to get annoyed, "THIS is MY apartment. I'm paying for it." He said in a way you'd talk to someone from the moon.

"And so do I!" the guy snapped, "you better get the fuck out or I'm calling the cops."

Though when Mikey called him one day, he offered Gerard a job at the All Boys Christian private school just a few blocks downtown.
