In an Alternate Universe where Class 1-A are forced under contract to spend their lives as villains, another class must rise up and take their place.

The League of Villains proposes a deal to the growing heroes, accepting it due to circumstances and with the mindset of going against it. Yet the league had their own set of plans, messing with them psychologically and making all of Class 1-A's student's full-fledged villains. Now, they're a new threat to society, and the pros need an extra hand. Class 1-B steps up as a replacement, now in the Hero Course of UA.
