In a world where dragons and fairies and mermaids exist (but where vampires and mummies and werewolves do not), there is a boy. Richard. Basic name, basic boy, living in a very non basic world. Or at least to Cindy. Cindy is from Earth. Where humans live. Richard obviously thinks his world is basic, just like him. But to Cindy, as the rest of us, it is anything but that. Richard and Cindy meet in a sewer. Fascinating, right? Richard goes portal exploring without his parents permission and Cindy stumbles upon something moving in the sewers (that something being a someone, that someone being Richard) while walking her dog. Cindy is alarmed when she sees that the boy in the sewer has wings. She is even more alarmed when the boy tells her that he is the child of a dragon man and a fairy, hence his tiny sparkly dragon wings. Richard is confused to why the girl in the sewer doesn't glow, or smell of the sea, or breathe fire, so he asks. Cindy tells him she's a human, that she's normal. Richard thought he was the normal one. Cindy decides to show him around her part of Earth and Richard agrees to bring her to his world too. Things go smoothly with the two of them. That is, until they meet Elijah, a human with dragon wings, who is supposedly the child of Richard's father and Cindy's mother.
But is Elijah really related (or half-related) to both of them? Or is he just some stranger?
