I walked over to the bag she dropped at the counter. It was a brown paper bag and a note fell out. She probably forgot to take it with her. I wanted to put it back inside the brown bag.

But then, I saw a note.

"You have four days or else, you would end up like her"

I read it over and over again.

What did it mean? Who is this 'her'? And four days to do what?

Triple weird and scary too.

"You dropped this." I heard a husky voice say. I turned around to look at what I dropped and realized it was my schedule. I gasped. Damn, I would have been fucked if I'd lost it. I guess I didn't put it in my bag... I looked up to thank him, but ended up not being able to find my voice. He's really attractive. Drop dead gorgeous attractive. Hot. He has brown hair that is spiked up in a messy way and shiny chocolate brown eyes that are hard not to stare at. His jawline was firm and he is extremely tall compared to my 5'3" height; he seems like he's 6'1". He looks in good shape -- the white shirt he was wearing showed off his broad muscular chest. He wore a leather-mans jacket from the school over the t-shirt, with black denim jeans, and converse. I swallowed. I snapped out of it and took the paper forcing myself to say "thanks." However, he walked away before I even finished. OK... he obviously isn't interested in the 'new girl' like all the other students are. I can't help but feel a bit disappointed. Out of all the guys that have hit on me in school today he is the only one that has caught my eye -- bad news is that he didn't even bother. "You know him? I'm surprised the cheer-bitch hasn't threatened you yet." Jessica said, her face showing shock. "Um, no I don't know him... and cheer-bitch?" I frowned confused. "She's his ex-girlfriend, but considering she has such a small brain that is a size of a peanut, she won't leave him alone. I mean like seriously, EX; has she not heard of that quote, 'Thanks for the EXperience, Our time has EXpired, now EXit my life.' She is one clueless bimbo. Then again who would leave him alone he is S-E-X-Y!" I laughed. "I am going to love being your friend." I said while I looked back to where he had headed a while ago, but I no longer saw him. I sighed disappointed.

The corner of his mouth tilts upward slightly. I smile again. A smile!? A tiny one, but still. "Hm. So I got you to smile, that's progress, yeah? Can I get your name now?" I ask, swinging my feel a little. He shakes his head shyly, his mouth not moving at all. Geez! Why do I want to hear this dude talk so much? "Okay, that's fine. I can give you a nickname." I offer happily. He looks up from his book, raising his eyebrows. I just stare for a moment. He has nice eyes. Pretty brown chocolate orbs. They remind me so much of....... "Teddy." He shakes his head immediately, frowning. "What, why not? You remind me of my old teddy bear. He was a good listener and he didn't talk much..... just like you." I say softly, tilting my head. He continues to shake his head. I fold my arms, leaning back in my seat. "Yeah, it's definitely sticking. Teddy.....It has a nice ring to it, yeah?" He sighs, the first sound I have ever heard him make. "No." . . . *Jordan* Teddy!? Seriously!? She gave me a fucking NICKNAME!? What the hell does this girl want!? I stuff my hands into my pockets, walking down the busy street. Forget about her. She's just a annoying pretty girl, she'll go away. Everybody does. She HAS to go away. *Spoiler alert*: she doesn't. Don't get close to people or they'll end up getting hurt. That's my mindset. I've been through enough of that. This girl doesn't belong in my world anyway. She's too innocent. *Mature content* {Just a quick update, I am basically rewriting the story. I wrote it when I was in 8th grade and it makes me cringe every time I try to go back and edit it so keep in mind that it'll get better}

"I bet you wouldn't". These words were going to make her rethink her entire life. These words were going to place her where she belongs. I can't turn down a good dare. She provoked me. Deep down she knows this is her fault. At any moment her feeble dad could come stumbling in and see her engaged in my "bet". She found me waiting for her in her bed. She was wearing that ripped grey knitted top and black skirt she always wears. She looks like someone trying to steal a stripper's style but doesn't have the time or experience. I had leaned back with my legs open. I smiled at her. "What the hell are you doing here" she stuttered out. The smirk I had seemed appropriate. She seemed nervous. "I'm here to take you as mine. That time I saved you... I dunno. You're just want I want." I said to her, as she made herself small. "I'm just an idiot..." she trailed off. I stood up. I towered over her; she was so tiny besides me. "I'm here to take you away from your parents. I'm here to make you mine." Four months later, she's here at my place. I think she hates me. She's mostly a junkie though, so her hatred only gets to go so far before she comes back. She tried to find some other guy to support her, but that guy found out quick that's how you end up with a bloody face. I'm face is already so wrecked that I don't get to worry about keeping it pretty. I think all the Cartlidge in the bridge of my nose is gone from too many punches.
