JBCU: Super Hood

After the death of his sister, soon to be high school graduate, Lane Carter promises his sister that he is gonna kill the person who killed her. When doing a science project, he accidentally gives himself super powers after creating a supernatural genetic gas cloud, now he uses his super powers to kill his sister's murderer and stop a bank robber with super energy weapons.
