Teresa Black had begun to have creepy and repeated nightmares since she turned eighteen, which she believed were some sort of warning.
She soon became suspicious of a mysterious, but beautiful, new guy. Ethan Dawson had recently moved into the house opposite hers with his family, and Teresa could see that he was admiring her in and out of school, and regularly watching her in the corner of her eye.
Before Teresa gets a chance to confront Ethan, she starts falling in-love with him, and becomes shy and nervous whenever she is near him.
These unexpected feelings give her an urge to see him more often, and make her extremely confused.
Teresa suddenly blacks out after her first alone encounter with Ethan, and she soon wakes in a strange mythical world of combat, sacrifice, and honour.
