One hundred years after the formation of Tuhao, the city created and occupied by the wealthy, New Shanghai had been overtaken by gangs and slums. 

Meet Aelia Arora, an orphan casted out from Miss Cho's Orphanage For Neglected Children, is dedicated to building a fortune.  Aelia undertakes a mission to reach Tuhao under a false guise when an ancient artifact is uncovered.

In another world, living in a sprawling mansion is Osiris Argyris. A resident of Tuhao with a family belonging to the Tuhao 5, Osiris has never experienced anything but comfort and pleasure. When an unfortunate incident leads to a temporary expulsion from true floating island, Osiris seeks to return to his homeland. During this journey, he encounters Aelia whom he believes is his ticket to return home.
