"THE AFTERLIFE CAN BE A REAL BITCH, RIGHT?"

"Henri-" I began, but Henri's hand snatched up mine and squeezed tightly enough to break bones. I bit my tongue to hold back a cry.
  It was a warning.
"Maria didn't say anything about a couple of vampires wanting to meet with her," the green-haired warlock spoke after the area had stilled with electrified silence. I looked Henri's way, and that's really when our situation caught up with me.
  Wait...
"Maria..." I murmured in remembrance, then sent Henri a glare. "Why are we here to see Maria Day? If you don't remember, let me remind you that I killed her friend. Hell, her master. She'll kill me when she sees me."
Henri had the nerve to laugh softly. "You're already dead, Antoinette."
"Thanks to you. There are other ways witches can hurt vampires, aren't there?" My eyes traveled shortly to the warlocks, Daniel and Zachary, and I shook my head. "She'll burn me alive! I'm not going in there."
"You're overacting," Henri said with a dramatic eye roll with a worth of a slap across his face. Lucky for him, I kept my hands at my sides.
This night was about to get dangerous...

*Book One Of The Federation Series* Silvia Eastman was only five when her parents were murdered in front of her by a pack of infamous rogues. The emotional stress of the trauma caused her to shift into her wolf and she tore one of the rogues apart. But shifting at such a young age can be mentally, as well as physically dangerous. Premature shifting can cause a wolf to become feral, and unable to distinguish friend from foe. Most end up either a rogue or killed for safety purposes. Because of this, she had to undergo a bonding ceremony to keep her wolf in a dormant state until the day she finally meets her mate. Unfortunately, the bonding ceremony can have odd side effects at times. Though there didn't seem to be any side effects, there was one small problem. The trauma of seeing her parents die seems to have caused her to not only forget what happened on that particular day but also forget what she is. To make matters worse she had been unknowingly dating a werewolf, a rogue no less, who seeks to take her as his mate to take control of her pack. Sam has no intention of letting her get away. But there's one thing he wasn't counting on. Silvia's mate, Mathew Weston, had found her on the day her parents died and has every intention to claim her. But what happens when the most notorious, and deadliest rogue pack around the world, the Red River Rogues, becomes involved? Just what is their interest in Silvia that they follow her relentlessly? Will she be able to continue eluding them, or will she finally fall into their grasp? Read on to find out. **************************** **Editing Slowly** !!!WARNING!!! 58 parts Complete Mature
Thousands of centuries ago humans, vampires, and werewolves lived together in harmony, considering one equal to the other. Ruled by a council of three kings, with one from each fullblood race, peace endured for quite some time. All of it was destroyed when many years later the new vampire and werewolf kings both wanted to rule over the kingdom alone. A massive war broke out between the vampires and the werewolves and millions of lives were lost. In a last attempt to stop the war one hundred years later, the land was divided into three kingdoms, the vampires, humans and werewolves. The borders were shut, crossbreeding was forbidden since it created halfbloods and demons and each kingdom was led by the king of their respective race. In secret, however, it was decided that the human king would watch over them all to prevent another war from ever happening again. Since the human kingdom laid inbetween the other two, the humans invented technology to keep all the races at bay and trained the warriors of their army as skilled hunters. As time and generations went by, the kingdoms became more isolated and the common humans forgot that supernatural beings even existed. However, the war had never truly been resolved so the hatred that the vampires and werewolves had for each other endured. When a mysterious murder occurs, chaos breaks out within the kingdoms. A throne must be taken, blood must be shed, a choice must be made and all must be answered by a girl with purple eyes. IN EDITING. COMPLETE. "There are such beings as vampires, some of us have evidence that they exist. Even had we not the proof of our own unhappy experience, the teachings and the records of the past give proof enough for sane peoples." ~Bram Stoker In our day, people fawn over the idea of supernaturals through fanfictions and novels, but what they don't realize is that these creatures are very real. And extremely dangerous. Especially vampires. They don't sparkle in the light or sweep young women off their feet. They're cold blooded murderers. In order to combat their devastation, an organization of trained human hunters was formed. Each hunter for every creature has a different name. Vampire slayers are simply known as hunters. Victoria Abelard, better known as Vick, was a famous vampire hunter in the early nineteenth century. After a botched job, she was turned into the one thing she hated most. A vampire. Two hundred years later, Vick has learned how to blend in with the human crowd. Her life couldn't be anymore perfect, especially with the disappearance of vampires for over fifty years (which hunters gladly help keep in place). However, her life is turned upside down when two old friends pop back into it. Them requesting her to assassinate the king of the vampires. Just when she thought she was free, Vick is thrown back onto the roller coaster of life. Along the way, she goes through a mess of terrifying memories, horrible grudges, sweet revenge, and love. *Rated mature for violent scenes and language*

"Nothing good ever came without sacrifice. Some of us just found clarity in the darkness of those shadows." *** Nyx Monroe grew up with terrifying tales of golden-eyed beasts with nightmarish fangs and murderous tendencies but as time passed, she forgot about them, convinced they were just scary stories. When her father, Azeil Monroe, is tasked with solving the murder plaguing the coastal city of Celacali, it's a chance at a fresh start. However, Nyx discovers everything is not what it seems beneath the veneer of the popular tourist location, also known as the City of the Dead. Something dark resides there-death and carnage reincarnate. Plunged into the city's shadows, Nyx stumbles into the open arms of notorious Orion, Kotori, Niko, and Kade-the boardwalk is their blood-stained domain. They've been waiting for twenty-five years to exact their revenge for a debt long overdue, luring Nyx and her father back to where it all began. Whilst they distract Azeil with one murder case after the other, their focus shifts to Nyx. Soon, there's nowhere left for her to run-to hide-from the true beasts of legend, or from the darkness of her past.
