I never thought I would write one. I never thought I had words to match the last word of each line. But, I felt something more than words can ever express. It was like magic. The words came out with overflowing emotions. It was him. He inspired me without his knowing. A love in secrecy. I was stunned by his grace, a downright sorcery. It will always be a secret but I'm glad I had a chance to write a piece as priceless as a dime.
I dedicate this piece to a good friend of mine who never failed to cheer me up. ~ LARR

Emotional Amnesia
Sometimes when I say "I'm okay", I want someone to look me in the eyes, hug me tight and say, "I know you're not". I have felt like this many times in my life; as a kid, teenager and as an adult. I have seen many things in my life and felt even more things that has been horribly depressing... But I got up. I stood up to walk on for another day. I dealt with my emotional amnesia the only way I knew I could and that was by writing it out into poetry. I wanted to forget my pain and forget what I was going through. I needed that cut of the blade or a pill to drink to take everything away. My poetry became both my pill and my blade... Now I share the most intimate part of myself with the world. The part of me I kept hidden in the closet. The part I never thought I would ever present to the world. Now is the time I have to stop having amnesia about my emotions. It is time to learn, to better myself and to stand up and remember the things that I shut out like a voluntary amnesia all these years. Those who are offended after reading this - f**k you! Blue Strings - Will You Fall In Love, With Time?
(under editing, interested ones may reach out to me) In the symphony of love, their melodies intertwined, yet fate's chorus whispered no promise of forever. In a journey where hearts yearned but souls wandered apart, they discovered that true love sometimes meant embracing the courage to release, for the sake of finding happiness in the echoes of what could have been. ... SNEAK A PEAK Never have I ever thought that one day, I'll wake up to hear these words from a person I love the most, romantically. I pushed him back, I held him by his shoulders and pinned to the wall. I know I wrongfully confined him, but how dare he? 'You dare question my love for you?" I raised my voice. It's Okay to Use Your Big Girl Voice
Inside you will find a mixture of both, extremely RAW and refreshingly HEALING accounts of my personal war with my past. Unfortunately, Childhood sexual abuse is far too common, and many of share similar experiences. Looking back, what I could have used more than anything was someone to tell me "You're not alone, there is a lightness through the darkness, you can heal from this and most importantly don't EVER stop telling your story to make others comfortable". That night by myself I cried tears of frustration. I waited weeks, but you had nothing to say. Thinking of your voice, I cried tears of loneliness. I waited months, but you left no sign for me. In the depths of my heart, I cried tears of despair. How strange that all these tears could not wash away the hurt. Then one thought of love pierced my bitterness. I remembered you in the sunlight, with a smile as sweet as May wine. A tear of gratitude started to fall, and miraculously, you were back. Soft fingers touched my cheek, and you bent over for a kiss.
