In a world that is greedy for knowledge, the fate of humanity is in the hands of a machine. On one's fifteenth birthday each child receives an envelope. No-one except the individual is allowed to read the letter. There is no way of preparing for the Letter, no way of changing what it says. So when fifteen year old Blake receives his envelope... all hell brakes loose.

Chase Arrows, among millions of minors were your average children inside the world government in the year 2234 a.d. They went to school, made friends, and had their dreams. Four years later, a system hiccup causes the Accelerators to obtain what was lost worldwide, but only five managed to escape recapture. They now fight the world government with their cyborg bodies and won't rest until everyone is freed...
