I Can't Find The Answer

Paige has just started the 10th grade and things are going pretty well......except for the fact that she is without a boyfriend. Soon her best friend, Neil, begins to act weird and say things that he doesn't usually. Feelings rise up and they soon start to like each other but he has a girlfriend and Paige is talking to someone. What should she do? Does she really like him?
