Water. Earth. Fire. Air. Long ago, the four nations lived together in harmony. Then, everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked. The Sun Warriors did everything in their power to protect the dragons, but to no avail. 
    To save these dragons, the Spirits of the Sun created The Dragon Bond. A special bond created between a human and a dragon which would tie their lifelines forever. 
    These humans had the task of keeping their soul-bounded dragon safe. For this to be achieved, the Spirits of the Sun granted these humans special energy bending abilities. 
    But to this there was a catch. These bending abilities only worked during daylight. Where the Spirits of the Sun could watch over them, so they could not abuse their power. 
    From these energy bending abilities came three art forms: mind bending, spiritual bending and time bending. Nobody could know about this secret group of dragon keepers. Not even the Avatar.

    This story is an extension of Avatar: The last bender. I DO NOT own the majority of these characters. I intend for this story to stay as true to the original, and ONLY adding new information to the original story. I hope you enjoy this story. Best Regards.
