This is a fan fiction of Lin Manuel Miranda's Hamilton. Starring Lafayette, age 23 the french nobleman that helped America gain freedom from England. While staying in America after the War of Yorktown, he met a very quirky young lady, easily enamored by her charms and stubbornness but terrified of the feelings surfacing, as he is a month away from returning to France to liberate his beloved nation. Will he stay for a possibility of a love of a lifetime? Or will he return to his duty to his country?
Marie Van Allen age 21, whose bloodlines go back to the mayflower, the Van Allen family come from great renown. Marie is the eldest of four. Was a young lady who was married at the age of 17 and had two children, Patricia and James Van Allen, their father a bastard and a warrior of the war, fell in-love with another woman during the war, eloped and vanished from their lives. Marie being a strong willed woman did not let that event pull her down, she continued on with her life, and one day, having encountered the charismatic french General during one celebratory ball for the victory in Yorktown. She felt helpless in his gaze but her emotional walls as high as the pyramids of Giza , she could lose her only chance to the greatest love of a lifetime.
