Emily Collins is- or was- your average high school sophomore. But when she met a senior boy that could possibly change her life forever, how could she refuse? Emily changed her life completely for Josh, and when she thought she was too fat, she starved herself. The relationship was normal at first, but as it went on, Emily came to realize that Josh was very abusive. Whenever she tried to talk to somebody, they would just brush her off. It's a typical committed relationship. Why date a senior if you're not ready for it? It's not until Emily ends up in the hospital that she realizes the gravity of the situation.

***COMPLETED*** When we both caught our breath, he pulled me down and kissed me. He let go of my wrist and wrapped his arms around my waist. He opened his mouth and I did the same. All of a sudden, he rolled over and pinned me beneath him. I wrapped my arms around his neck. I felt one of his hands at my waist start to move under my shirt. I kissed him harder giving him permission to keep going. I wasn't thinking at all by this point. Just feeling. I wanted him to touch me everywhere. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Emily was used to playing it safe. Could a chance encounter with the wrong kind of guy change everything? Would it lead to love or heartbreak? And would she be able to let go of the unrequited feelings she had for the the boy who only thought of her as a friend.
