Erza Scarlet was stabbed with a poisonous kunai knife that's why she lost consciousness. She then, wakes up at the Hospital in Hidden Leaf Village where she realized it was his sensei's hometown. 

She first met a silver haired guy who's a closet pervert then later on, met a guy who have same smell of chakra and surname with her.
