Important Note: This story is based primarily on the musical/Broadway adaptation of Disney's animated movie, The Little Mermaid, and features human versions of some of my Warriors (aka Warrior Cats) OCs, along with some of my own twists to the tale to fit the characters and medium better (although the base storyline is still essentially the same.)

Story Summary:
A young mermaid falls in love with a human prince whom she saves from drowning, and the events that follow soon after lead to her striking a dangerous deal in order to pursue her dreams of gaining the prince's affections and becoming a human herself. Contractual obligations thus leave her with only one week to try and woo the prince, or else suffer the consequences and let her soul become captive to the evil Sea Warlock- but with a bit of help from her friends, and some courage all her own, she just might be able to save herself and find her happy ending.All Rights Reserved

A mermaid named Sirène, whose job as a mermaid is to guide those who have died at sea to rest their souls and not be trapped. She typically finds sailors whose ships have sunk, and pirates and convoys alike. Her personality is one of seriousness, and she does not express herself by facial expressions very often. She does sung lovely tunes though, ones of the sea and winds, not ones meant to lure anyone to their doom. She seldom spends time with other merfolk and prefers to be on her own. She is however very curious of the various emotions humans possess and their intensity, since she does not feel these. One day, while Sirène was staying near Pointe de Pen Hir, a dangerous cliffside that plunges right into the ocean. Looking upwards by chance, she saw a human, a man, standing dangerously near the edge of the rocks. The wind blew harshly and she could only watch and wait as he toppled over the edge and feel towards the ocean. She saw no fight in him as he fell. ________________________________________________________________ This is a fantasy story with my mermaid OC that I started making back when I was in middle school. I've used her character to help me through tough times and I am revisiting her. I want to make sure I have a place to remember her story, and make it a happier one than before.
