Liam Eastwood, a starship captain of the United Terran Federation UTF gets control of a starship, the UTFS Republic, he and his crew journeys in this self sustaining, state of the art Spearhead class battleship, along the way he meets a yautja mother named Aki'nadi and gives her a chance to work with him in that ship in exchange for freedom and not be experimented on by the FBEA (Federal Bureal of Extraterrestrial anomalies) like her other specie members and so they begin their journey,
