In a lively Los Angeles neighbourhood, amongst the many ups and downs of their families, grow up Ellie, Noah and Nolan. Inseparable from a very young age, the three of them really can't do without one another.
Noah and Nolan do a very good job at keeping boys away from Ellie and although they've promised themselves not to ever think of her as more than a friend, one of them, will later decide to break that promise made many years before, because, as we all know, the heart wants what it wants. It won't take long for them to adapt to this new situation, because there's just nothing more important and unbreakable than their friendship. A series of strange events, however, will interrupt their tranquility and force them to fight against an enemy that they never could have seen coming.
When a regular American boy named Y/n, who writes poems about his celebrity crush, gets taken to a paradox world by a supernatural playing card, things get pretty shaken up for him, and he has to adjust to his new life as the sixth member of NewJeans. But all good things come to an end, and just when Y/n gets comfortable with his new life, everything begins to fall apart, and he's the only one who can put it back together.
