At the young age of twelve, Deku was severely injured and almost killed.He woke up at the age of thirteen, his eyes damaged to the point of being almost completely blind. Up until the age of 14, all hope of becoming a hero was lost for Deku. But then a genius young inventor created a hero costume to help him! Well, he likes to call it a hero costume. But he has no quirk and can only see for a short amount of time....

"How can someone who's blind be needed on the field?" Midoriya asked in a confused tone.
The Pro-Hero sighed, ashamed at what he had said behind this child's back. Clearly it had affected him.
"Well Midoriya," he began. "In this mission... No-one will be able to see, and Sun Blade's quirk will be rendered useless. So, we need your enhanced senses to help us. Think of it as your own quirk."
