The Main Character of this story is too relatable. They sit around all day doing nothing, dreaming of the day something will happen when they will go on the adventure of a lifetime, or get super cool powers. They want so much in life but do nothing to achieve it. Reading self-inserts online to cope with the need. They finally decided to do something about it. Probably.

The story revolves around a girl who suffers from mental illnesses and among those is maladaptive daydreaming. At first, there was no implications with it, she doesn't have a problem with it and so does her therapist as she uses it as a coping mechanism. However, an unexpected interaction happened and it changed the course of her life. This occurrence started affecting her life and relationship; she's finally seeing the negative effects. Her fantasy and reality began coinciding and she started having a hard time identifying which is which. People panicked and tried to survive for as long as they could. Some made it out of cities the others stayed. Our government fell and militias took control. The Monroe militia took over.
