Ari is seen as the son of the De Prima due to her masculinity and sexuality, the teen is very openly lesbian. Seeing as she is very popular in school and in the mafia world she has different girlfriends all the time, only one has met her parents.
Lilliana Amara Izabella Del Nora on the other hand is a normal 17 year old Italian girl from The Bronx, growing up as an orphan at the age of 9 she had almost nothing. She moved out of St. Dominic's at 16 as she moved closer into New York City. Lilli began to study to be a doctor while attempting to figure out her sexuality.
