A girl named Charlie ends up in a hospital due to a car accident trying to save her little brother. Later when she was awake she was notified that she'll only have to stay at the hospital for a week longer. But as the days progress everything starts to get weirder and horrifying as patients begin to die each day. Weird enough as it is as every patient dies it's always exactly at 12pm. Will Charlie be able to get out of the hospital safe and sound? Will she ever see her friends and little brother again? Will anyone ever find the cause of deaths of these patients?
