The setting is a hillside temple town on the MP-UP border. Vikram Kapoor, a reputed heart surgeon is busy supervising the final touches to his hospital, the Geeta Memorial Super-Specialty Hospital, named after his late wife. He is living in his wife's ancestral home near the hospital, with his younger sister whose husband Ramesh Grover, is an army major posted in Himachal.
Vikram's son Aryan comes home for the vacations, hoping to take him back with him to a special place in the Himalayas. But an ensuing spat between the father and son forces Aryan to leave home in the middle of the night. His whereabouts are soon unknown as an avalanche strikes the Himalayas, forcing Vikram to defy his trauma and journey to the hills, in an adventure that is as much desperation to find his son as it is a pilgrimage to find himself.
