- The Cursed Fanfiction -
*spoilers ahead*

It was believed that Ash Folk were completely wiped from Britania but that wasn't the case... there were two left. Both on opposite sides.

The weeping monk was known for being apart of the church and for killing the fey, only two people knew that he also was a fey, the weeping warrior, a woman known for protecting the fey and Carden, the leader of the red paladins.

No one knew what kind of fey the girl was or what she looked like, she wore a mask over the bottom half of her face that went all the way up to the bottom of her eyes, yet everyone knew she was going to help protect the fey no matter what. And no one knew why she chose to be called 'the weeping warrior'

"I...I have been nothing but trouble for you. Leave me to the same place from where you brought me." A tear rolled down her eye as she whispered in a low voice laden with despair. At that moment, he had walked to her, held her face, wiped her tears which he never liked to see. His intense blue eyes had forced her to hold his gaze. "Trouble..." He had smiled softly as he continued "Then you are the most beautiful trouble of my life and about leaving you...I gave you many chances Aria but you chose to stay. Now you are no longer permitted to do that." -------------- In the forests of Ulrik, there lived a witch. Secluded from everything till now, Aria had grown up to be a beautiful eighteen year old witch. But this witch has never interacted with a human being. So what happens when one day this witch suddenly finds a wounded knight in her region? Aria knows how to treat wounds but with no knowledge of interaction with a human being, how should she behave with this man? The problem would have solved on its own if the knight would leave after getting treated but what Aria didn't know that the knight was there for her only. Rayan needs a witch to save his people. On his journey to find this witch, he has encountered uncountable obstacles. So when he finally found the witch, his problems should be counted as solved. But when the witch is too beautiful to be called a witch and carries the innocence he had never come across, Rayan realises that his problems have increased. Together they travel to save the people of Ludwig, carrying their own secrets in their hearts but how long could the secrets stay hidden? As the enemy rises more powerfully and with their secrets threatening to come out, would they stand together or would everything be swept away? Only the time could answer these questions....

Gwyneth had always felt connected to her faith, a higher power presiding over her. That faith had shaken that devastating day those years ago, the day that went on to haunt her every nightmare for years to come. She's still trying to come back from it, to not only restore her faith in life and love, but her faith in herself. The sanctity of her spirit- she prayed for resolve. Every punch was a prayer. Every mile was a hymn. Until her knuckles bled and her knees gave. Azriel had been surrounded by darkness his whole life, a poison on his world, on his being. He exercised restraint in his every waking moment, banishing that darkness within himself. Some guessed of the strain it put on him, but no one knew the extent of it, how deep his scars ran. It was better this way, he was sure. He had always thought that if there were a higher power- which he wholly doubted- such deities must loathe him to have burdened him such darkness. He hadn't much faith in the gods anyway, much less faith that he could sway their opinion on him. But Gwyneth and Azriel did have one thing in common: the quiet fight within themselves. They only knew one way: to go about it alone, couldn't fathom letting another in. But there's a magic in finding someone who is your equal but opposite, something transforming. And frankly, Gwyneth and Azriel could both use a little magic. All characters owned by SJM in the ACOTAR series. Story takes place after the events of ACOSF. Aligns with the events in my other fic: A Storm of Flames and Deceit. I haven't finished Crescent City, so this story takes place outside of the events of those books as well. Cursed: The Legend of Sleeping Beauty by BaileyBookandSketch

Long ago, the Kingdom of Alagil was cursed by a Dragon for their greed and lust for power, the Royal Family having seized the entirety of Gold Thread she made for the public, keeping it for themselves. The Dragon gave the Royals sixteen years to better themselves and teach their heir to the thone to be an honest, caring individual. If the Princess was coronated with a selfish heart everyone in the castle who had done wrong to the people would die. The top three Witches of the court decided on a plan to save the Princess and everyone else included in the curse, taking the spindle it is bound to and altering the curse so that, if it struck, they would all fall into an eternal slumber. Fifteen years later, Briar Rose is shocked to learn that the biggest threat to her daily life isn't Dragons swooping down from the sky to eat her or dying from boredom out in the middle of the woods. It's a curse that can lead to her whole countries decimation. Having been born with the Gift for Magic, she was trained to be a Curse Breaker by proclamation of High King Henric himself and now knows that her Godmothers have been preparing her to fight the Curse the Dragon bestowed at that ill-fasted Ball all those years ago. With one year to get the most practical experience possible in Curse Breaking, Briar Rose heads out with the map her Godmothers gave her, tracking down places of extreme curses while they head back to Skyfort, the castle where the cursed spindle resides, to protect it from those who would inadvertently worsen the curse they struggled to amend. Will she succeed at breaking the Curse and make her life her own or is the magic of Dragons to much for a Mortal to hope to overcome?
