The Words I couldn't Say
This is a place for me to put all the things I wish I said but I just couldn't. These are a way for me to "say" these things without actually saying them to the person I want to. I probably won't ever go back or read any of these because it's like revisiting a bad memory so don't expect much in terms of editing. Also I wouldn't consider this poetry but it is laid out that way. WARNING Talk of depression, suicide, anxiety, and self harm. Don't read if you don't like things like that and may get triggered. Please read the "READ THIS FIRST" chapter for more information and future updates. They say some loves only happen once. For Ody and Mano, that once changes everything. Mano doesn't do vulnerability. Aggressive, tattooed, cold, and impossible to like, he plays the villain on purpose, because being hated is safer than being seen. And losing someone again isn't a risk he's willing to take. Ody is the opposite. Bright, extroverted, charming, and painfully sincere, he notices when you're hurting, even when you pretend you're not. He remembers your birthday, offers you the last slice, and apologizes even when it's not his fault. For someone like Mano, that kind of softness is dangerous. When their lives collide, nothing about them makes sense, except the way they keep gravitating toward each other. What starts as tension becomes something neither of them can name, and soon, something they can't stop. But between secrets, buried trauma, and a world that won't let them exist without consequences, wanting each other comes at a cost. One keeps pushing him away. The other keeps reaching past every warning sign. Together, they burn. But when everything catches fire, love may not be enough to save them.Complete
Wouldn't Dream Of It
It was hard hating someone so much you start to obsess over them. Then again, it really was a small line between love and hate. Charlie: I shouldn't have been there. Not when Jason stood like that, and certainly not with a man on his knees before him. His eyes locked on mine, face twisted in pleasure and vulnerable. He's straight, he's straight, he's straight... Right? Jason: I knew he saw me. Blue eyes wide and lips parted. Lust or shock I didn't know, and I was too far gone to care. It was supposed to be hatred- consuming unadulterated hatred, but the second I grasped the unmistakable lust in his gaze, I was gone. Note: This work is being reedited. The Way The World Ends ✓
[COMPLETED] Indigo always had problems, but when her father committed murder-suicide against her mother, she had trouble keeping those problems under control. She had a fear of the world. Everyday actions were feats for her; going to high school, socializing, even falling asleep at night. Of course, her greedy aunt was no help. She felt hopeless. Until she met Nate. Nate had problems of his own. All his life he's had trouble staying focused. He wanted to believe he was normal, but it's hard to think that when you're brilliant in class and... not so brilliant on paper. He didn't want to have A.D.H.D. He tried to pretend he didn't, but there was something rooted deep inside him, telling him he wasn't good enough. He felt useless. Until he met Indigo. When Nate met Indigo, all he wanted to do was help, but could she reveal her secrets to him? Could two wrongs make a right? Quickly, Indigo and Nate developed a relationship that neither thought was possible for themselves to have. Could Nate help Indigo move on from her past and defeat her demons? Could Indigo help Nate accept himself for who he was and hopefully help him pass English? A Lovely Life
Journey with me back in time as I rewrite the first Journal I kept from when I was in high school, and see that maybe even with how horrible life is most of the times, there are little things spread throughout that make life worth living. My high school experience was full of drama, tears, laughter, and most of all constant search of love, and approval of the people around me. I can't always get what I want in this world. Life is a beautiful mess. It's not perfect, and filled with a lot of disappointments, and heartbreak. There are moments when it all feels too much, but there's not much we can do other than go with the flow of things.Complete

(In editing) She's depressed. She's anorexic. She's suicidal. She's insecure. Abigail has grown up with her three brothers and James, never meeting her parents, who abandoned her at birth. Her brothers were left to take care of her and keep a roof over their heads. Everyday they struggle to take care of Abigail, while working to keep them in their home. Life for them is hard. Life for Abigail is even harder. She has a dark mind and not by choice. Somewhere along the way she's developed these feelings of loneliness and hopelessness. Everyday is a struggle for her and just getting out of bed is a success. She meets Zach, a bad boy with a bad reputation. He starts off as a tutor, just to help her out, out of pity. But eventually feelings get involved and Abigail finds herself liking a boy for the first time in her life. Things get serious and she somehow learns about his drug dealing business. Everything gets hectic and Abigail doesn't know what to do with her life anymore. Or if she even wants to live.Complete
Madness
Mind is a wonderful thing.. it's something that makes us-humans, different from one another. We all have a nose,a mouth, two hands, two feet, two eyes, one head-it's the mind inside that head that makes a difference. It's the mind that decides our character, it decides our actions, it defines our life,it's our mind that makes us love or hate something or someone. People aren't all bad or all good.. they have a touch of both but it's the mind that tricks us into loving or hating a person. Most of the times we don't actually love a person, we love the image of the person that our mind creates based on our memories with that person & same goes for the hate as well, we have bad memories with a person, we have a bad image of the person which leads to us hating that particular individual. We don't see people for who they actually are, we don't see the world for what it actually is, we merely see the image of it that our mind has created, the world for us is nothing more than an illusion. Our own personal illusion.. What's funny is that no one's ever going to know your illusion-your world as it is for you.. Despite all of the brilliant illusions that our mind creates, mind itself is the greatest creation of the mother nature. Without mind-this great tool, there would've been no cell phones, no television, no books, no music, no love, no hate, no life. nothing! But in reality, the mind is but a twisted yarn of madness. Yet every mind is great in itself. And didn't they say..? "No great mind has ever existed without a touch of madness" -with love, Harika
