It is the modern era, but there is a new killer with an old name on the loose. The name strikes fear into the people, the name of Jack the Ripper.

All murders take place in the dead of night in london. Janet, a woman at the head of the forensics department is working on a series of murders, the people murdered were prostitutes. So men and women, this ties into the 1888 killer called Jack the Ripper. However the bodies keep piling up. The Chief of police sends squads to patrol the city. But people start to distrust them as houses get raided without a warranty, but that is only part of the evil within the police.
