What is happening to Matthias? He keeps seeing ways he can or did lose Lukas. Some did happen but can the others happen as well if he's not there or isn't making sure the Norwegian is safe and okay? He must alway make sure the one he loves is okay and stay's safe. Even if it kills him.

Lukas has known about his illness for a while, but never looked for help. He always had his little brother. Until his brother moved off to Hong Kong to stay with his lover. Mathias has always hated uncureable patients, they made him feel so sorry. Lukas seeks out for help after having a terrible seizure. He could tell he was soon to have more, or even a stroke at that.
