After the murder of her mother who was known as the town's flower, Penelope Walker was never the same.
She stopped talking to new people and stuck with the ones she trusted most. Being paranoid at the fact they never caught the killer she is almost always looking over her shoulder. She doesn't smile as bright and is always quiet.
Now eight years later the killer seems to be back killing people in town with one thing left behind. A simple note written in their victim's blood on the wall with a white rose attached to the bottom.
