Twenty years ago Lily Meeks was stabbed to death in her own home. Now that neighborhood is desolate, since the entire town believes there to be another killer like that on the loose. But one year 5 people went in the empty house because they saw a light on. Only one came out.
Kevin Starling goes to school in Natalia Tennessee and the story about Lily Meeks is still popular. But one day he rides his bike on Lily Avenue and sees a girl with blonde hair in the window of the abandoned house. And from there the unthinkable happens.
